The Friends of the Boscastle Museum of Witchcraft became a registered charity in 2007. Friends is an independent association controlled by its members and is not owned or administered by the museum of Witchcraft in any way. We enable the many supporters of the museum to become practically involved with the museum's developement and through Friends have raised money for new projects and conservation equipment, co-ordinated people for voluntary work, and helped students and researchers access the unique collection of artefacts and books at the museum and its library. Members of Friends receive free admission to the museum, invitations to special Friends events, a twice yearly newsletter, priority access to the museum and library for research purposes and opportunities to do volunteer work at the museum.

The Healing Tree - Shamanic Drumming and Journey Circle Contact: Derek

Last Saturday of the month
www.healingtree.org.uk
A monthly journeying and shamanic drumming group for those who are experienced in journeying and would like to develop within a circle. Also open to novices who are starting out on their journey. We are all here to learn from each other. A warm and friendly group, we will join together in a community circle to journey with the drum. You do not need to be an experienced drummer as the emphasis is on our connection with spirit. We shall also be exploring deeper into the world of the shaman and learning about healing, community and the many facets of nature, spirit and the light. The circle will be held in an authentic 17.5 foot Sioux style tipi especially imported from the Americas, immersed in the tranquil setting of West Curry, 7 miles north of Launceston, and will meet on the last Saturday of each month. n.b for January and February we shall meet at Yeolmbridge village hall near Launceston on the B3254. Please email me for more details.
