Call for musicians to form an all-female band 23rd October 2009

| Mairi is a musician (and wiccan) looking to form an all female band. She plays (very fast) tin whistle and piano accordion. She's looking for like minded women who can sing or play to create a dynamic funky irish/gypsy band to play local gigs. If you're up for it get in touch! Mairi is based in Callington, Cornwall. |
Stone Henge Visitor Centre Planning Application 21st October 2009
| The planning application for the new Visitor Centre at Stone Henge is now available online for public comment. You can view the whole planning document and submit your comments on it. The public consultation stage ends on 12th November 2009 and the final decision is expected to be made within the following two months by 12th January 2010. Pendle Witch Camp 2010 17th October 2009
| Check out the new look Pendle Witch Camp website for 2010. Which, next year, will be held over the weekend of 18th - 21st June. www.penwitchcamp.co.uk Although the programme of workshops and talks is still to be finalised for next year; both Runic John and Tania Ahsan will definitely be there, along with an evolved Sonic Henge. Details of talks and workshops for 2010; along with more speakers, will be published, as soon as they become available. Earlybird discounted tickets are now available, until midnight, Samhain, 2009; at a cost of £20 each.
